Comprehensive In-Studio Training:** Complete over 175 hours of hands-on, in-studio training to gain practical experience and knowledge.
Discounted Classes:** As part of your training, you can take Pilates mat and equipment classes at a discounted rate.
Observation: Observing classes and sessions is crucial. You can observe any class or session at any time, as long as it’s done quietly.
Personal Practice: Your own practice is vital. This includes practicing Pilates techniques on your own and on another person.
Practice on a Friend: Each student can bring one friend as a practice body. This person must register at the front desk and complete the necessary paperwork. Practicing on someone outside the program allows you to see how everyday individuals respond to your cues, corrections, and feedback.
