Whether you’re looking for flexible, commitment-free class packs or the perks of a discounted membership, we’ve got options for every schedule and lifestyle.

  • Our studio membership offers you a ~30% discount on group classes, making it the perfect choice for consistent Pilates lovers. Choose from flexible monthly options: 4, 8, 12, or 16 classes per month, with the ability to book classes up to 2 weeks in advance. Memberships are billed on auto-pay, charging the same day each month as part of your billing cycle. Please note, classes do not roll over month-to-month, and we require 30 days’ written notice to cancel or modify your membership. Enjoy savings, priority booking, and a seamless Pilates experience!

    Memberships can also be frozen for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 12 weeks per year.

  • Our group class packages offer maximum flexibility for your Pilates practice. While the cost per class is slightly higher than memberships, you’ll enjoy the freedom to book at your own pace with extended expiration dates.

These classes are designed to build athleticism, stamina, and confidence, combining dynamic movements with a focus on high-energy performance.

  • A high-intensity reformer class blending strength training and core work. Expect challenging combinations, heavy springs, and functional movement patterns that leave you feeling like an athlete.

  •  Elevate your reformer practice—literally. This class adds cardio and plyometric elements using the jump board to improve strength, stamina, and agility, all while protecting your joints.

DEFINE

Sculpt and shape with precision and flow.

These classes focus on refining and toning the body, blending Pilates principles with dynamic strength-building techniques.

  • This all-levels class is the cornerstone of our schedule, blending strength, precision, and mindful movement. Designed to challenge your body and mind, Flow moves through dynamic sequences that build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall control. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, This is your go-to class for feeling balanced and grounded in your movement.

  • A slower-paced class that incorporates stretching, mobility, and restorative Pilates techniques to release tension and revitalize your body.

  • Traditional mat-based Pilates with a modern edge. Perfect for building foundational strength, improving flexibility, and reconnecting with your body through precise movements.

classes are designed to take you beyond the basics, incorporating innovative sequences that test your balance, coordination, and control. With a focus on dynamic transitions and creative use of equipment, these sessions keep your body guessing and your mind engaged.

  • Your Pilates practice, reimagined. Take your workout in a bold new direction with Remix. This dynamic class fuses inventive Pilates flows with unexpected mobility and stability challenges. Utilizing a mix of studio props and the unique Allegro 2 Infinity Bar, Remix keeps your body guessing and your mind engaged. No two classes are ever the same, so you’ll never know what’s coming—and that’s the fun of it! As we like to say, "If you can’t predict it, you can’t dread it!"

STUDIO PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

CANCELLATIONS 

Life can be unpredictable, so please be familiar with our cancellation policy. Group Class cancellations must be made by 5 PM the day before your scheduled class to avoid a late cancellation. If you cancel after 5 PM, penalties will apply according to your membership or class package terms. All private and semi-private sessions have  24-hour cancellation window. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but out of fairness to all clients, our late cancel policy is applied without exception. Cancellations must be made through the Kink App, or via email or text. We do not accept cancellations made on social media.

Monthly members and class pack holders will forfeit the late-canceled class and Unlimited monthly members are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. 

NO-SHOWS 

No-shows aren’t cool, guys. Most classes have long waitlists and standbys. Any client who does not show up for their class will be charged $30 (+ the forfeiture of class)

We do not accept cancellations via text or social media.

Unlimited members will be charged $25 per late cancellation.

In addition to forfeiting the class, “no-shows” will be charged $30 - both members and non-members.

Please respect our studio policies and do not ask for exceptions/exemptions to be made.

Payment must be made at the time of booking. Time slots cannot be reserved without payment.
