1. Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit transfers. If you’re unsure, ask us before you buy. Once purchased, it’s yours.
2. Package Expirations
All class and private packages have expiration dates listed at checkout. These are real. These matter. No extensions.
3. Membership Billing
Month-to-month memberships are billed automatically. By signing up, you agree to recurring charges. We require 30 days’ written notice for cancellations or downgrades. Late cancels, missed payments, or declined cards may result in a small administrative fee.
4. Non-Transferable Credits
All class credits, packages, and memberships are for individual use only. You can’t share them, gift them, or transfer them.
5. Payment Failure
If your credit card fails, we’ll let you know. If it continues to fail, we reserve the right to charge a small admin fee for chasing you down.
6. Liability Waiver
All clients must complete a waiver before participating. By signing, you acknowledge that you are healthy enough for Pilates and assume full responsibility for your participation.
